Where is you brother?
He loves his brother the way I love mine!! Tears bro!!! God THE GREATEST
OG crispy with the fit!
SALUTE & R.I.P TO MY OG & COUSIN BERNARD BELLE 🙏🏾 🕊 the way Teddy Riley tells the story, he came up with New Jack Swing on his own.. BUT, if it wasn't for my cousin Bernard Belle, Teddy wouldn't be who he is today 💯💯💯
His album Straight To The Point needs to be added to Spotify!
I was ripped .. Way bigger than you😎😗😌😇🤣🤣🤣🤣 ok bruh🤣🤣🤣 Still my group though
This interview was very interesting and I’m sure that Damian is catching all kinds of smoke 💨 for his comments. However, I somewhat understand where he’s coming from based upon his comments about Guy being the best in their generation. If you’re in between your late forties and late fifties then you realize that there was a time when GUY was the baddest R&B group in the game! Bar none! They were highly anticipated headliners and revered by urban audiences. Because they broke up after 2 albums in 1990, R&B music fans still yearned for GUY because they had classic hits! We kept waiting for Aaron and Teddy to get their shit together with Damion and make it happen. However, the unfortunate truth is that Aaron has completely lost his voice and has become a shell of his former self vocally. His on stage antics are over the top and full of false bravado. Damion and Teddy try to overcompensate for Aaron’s inability to sing and do their best to perform at a high level but ultimately, GUY just ain’t the same anymore. Too much drama and time wasted. In the end, although Damion was the best leader of the group, he didn’t have enough impact vocally within the group to make a significant difference and most people saw his contributions as irrelevant. Very unfortunate.
My fave group!
Do remember AggieFest 89 when it went down
Interview 👍
Bobby wasn't comp but al b sure was? Come on Damion
I am a very big Guy fan and also of Damion but this boasting kinda back fires. I noticed this a lot throughout the years. During the quarantine time, he used to do this a lot on IG live but with good faith that they wanna stay as the best. It unfortunately backfired once in a podcast like this, where he said "Blackstreet is nothing compared to them" and one of the Blackstreet members hilariously flexed his Maybach in a IG post with the hint of doubting Damion's claims with that move…
I still find this as unnessacry attention and notably no other artist likes to bring out that kind of boasting about themselves except for Damion.. due to Guy's short lived publicity and being also underrated af in the industry. It is why he tends to say this, when in fact they weren't that huge due to their few years and the quick fallout.
Nobody forgot about Teddy! He is a top notch producer!!!
Guy was a top group but not the best. Our group back then was a better group but we didn’t get to release the album. My cousins Mo B Dick and Master P changed the industry!
Horrible intro.. to late redo but that intro needs work. At this point, im not even sure yiu did your homework and or if that was a promo or and attempt to segway but .. I would have liked to hear this story told on Tank podcast.
He can speak and quote the Bible but is against marriage, not judging, just saying, it has to be more thought into that
No group better than guy?? Jodeci… guy not holding a torch!!!
Dallas TX is checking in.. It's a singer who worked with Hammer back in the day, said he wrote and song that song first??? He was on a podcast called " Boss talk101 " SOMEBODY CAPPING!! Maybe big bank took lil bank??? 😂😅. We used to call that "Jacking Beats" maybe they " Jack a whole song"..hmm
Omg! I Knew It!….I knew Dumb B was that Song! 😂 Still my jam! 🎵 You can Have a Piece of My Love🎵
At the end of the interview he said we gotta stop comparing to one other and saying that we better than this or that but this nigga spent the whole interview doing just that 😂
Is it me, or is he starting to look like Jermaine Dupri? Don't matter, one of the members of my favorite group eva!!
The brother and his daughter are top tier quality people.
Man, I really like D but he's off his noggin.
Love it
Great fucking interview!!!!!!
