The music game shifted in 2006. A whole new wave hit and the traditional way of doing business changed. The Internet took over and all the labels knew they had to adjust their business structure for the new age of hip hop business. Nobody knew what they were looking at because the Internet became that powerful. Even the clubs were changing, the whole dynamic changed in one year, and YouTube became the new baby, and monster. The artist from the 90's didn't know what was happening, and they didn't know how to adjust to keep that same energy. It was the beginning of a new age and it affected everything to the point nobody knew what was shifting and how to monetize what they were great at. It was our welcome to the "New Age". That energy was different, and wild to experience. I'm glad I got the chance to watch such crazy shift!!! # Wild, 🔥🔥😤, # Titan Music

This album is so fire!!! I love every song curated. I stepped away from rap and hip hop for so many years because I couldn’t take a lot of the music being dropped under the genre. I am so glad the really real are outside. I’m Lovin It!!!!!!

“Bitter grown men who collect Kaws dolls” 💀💀💀 nah that’s wild lmao

I love Pusha T and Malice. They are peak artists, and they’re in their 50’s still looking like they’re in their 20’s!!! Crazy 💯

I continue to be impressed with, in awe of, and grateful for these 2 brothers and not only their insane talent, but the incredible respect and love they have for each other. When they talk about their parents, tho – it truly gives me pause. Their mom and dad must have been something truly special and extraordinary to have raised the 2 men we see in front of us. The integrity, honesty, and loyalty on display is a beautiful testament to the man and woman they speak about so lovingly. 🖤

In response to Pusha around the 36:00 mark: yes, your mom absolutely knew. My dad passed three years ago after a long battle with congestive heart failure and infection. Throughout that time, without my knowledge, he compiled a giant pile of documents of everything my mom and I would need upon his passing. Usernames, passwords, PINs, account numbers, you name it.

I never saw that document until after he died.

As I was flipping through it, a huge wave of love washed over me. I knew intuitively that he was preparing for his own death while protecting my mom and me from the pain of its inevitability. I've never felt more loved in my life. It still makes me cry.

"The Birds Don't Sing" conveys this awareness and feeling SO well. I've never heard it put into words, how I felt t hat day. So thank you both for that.

"I love my two sons was the code to your phone…"

Yooooooo I swear Imma stop commenting LOL but I cannot get over the genius that Malice displays in this interview. I love both of them, but there's just something about Gene… everything that comes out of his mouth is profound and rings true, at least to me. Put some respect on his name !!!!

The Clue drops, the "culturally inappropriate" tag, the "Cuz he's hot" tag, the K Dot and Nas features. The perfect balance of slow, mid and high tempo records. This album is a CLASSIC. And Push and Clipse are Hall of Famers.

Man, I just wanna say, I missed on pusha music for too long, I been secretly listening to his songs sometimes, but with this album I'm admitting pusha is number 1, this is finest hip hop you can get, their instrumentals are melodic, right on spot, I keep relistening to the new album and I'm getting more and more amazed how perfect it truly is. Im buying the CD soon as it's available in my country,

I wouldn’t say the title is “low handling fruit” in the definition of the term, and I think Big Boy could have used a better term. I would say the turned is clear, intentional, and to the point
